1. Nature of Our Services

Our offerings include customized, non-tangible digital services such as:

  • Marketing strategy and execution

As these services involve significant planning, time, and resource allocation, they are non-refundable once initiated or delivered, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Begins:
    Clients may cancel a service by notifying us in writing (email) within 24 hours of payment, provided the service work has not yet started. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative/processing charges.
  • After Work Has Commenced:
    Once service execution has started (e.g., design work, ad campaign setup, strategy planning), no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
  • Retainer or Subscription Services:
    For monthly/ongoing services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. No mid-month refunds will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-refundable Services:
    All digital services are considered non-refundable once the work has been initiated or delivered, as they are customized and non-returnable in nature.
  • Partial Refunds (Case-by-case):
    In rare cases of service non-delivery or performance issues that can be verified and attributed to our team, we may consider partial refunds. This is solely at the discretion of Amaris Brand Creation OPC Pvt Ltd after internal review.
  • No Refund on Discounted or Promotional Packages.
