Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of web design, app development, digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, and advertising. The ideal candidate must be able to generate leads, conduct cold calling, and manage email marketing campaigns. This role requires meeting specific lead closure targets to earn the salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cold calling and email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain email marketing lists and segmentation strategies.
- Perform international cold calling to expand market reach and business opportunities.
- Leverage knowledge of web design and app development to understand client needs and promote relevant services.
- Drive digital marketing efforts across platforms such as SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Manage social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to generate conversions.
- Focus on lead closures and meeting the monthly target, as the salary will be paid based on the number of successful lead closures (client payout).
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Email Marketing & Cold Calling.
- Strong knowledge and experience in web design, app development, digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and lead generation.
- Expertise in email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.
- Strong focus on lead generation, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets.
- Fluent in English (International Standard) and Telugu.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead closure targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and MS Office.
- Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
