Job Description:
We are seeking a Telemarketing / Tele caller cum Computer Operator (Female) who will be responsible for promoting our wide range of services in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and promotions, along with a passion for growing brands. As part of our team, you will help drive awareness for services such as Web Design, App Development, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, and more. You will also be responsible for approaching and establishing relationships with companies to introduce our services, build partnerships, and create new business opportunities.
Salary:
Based on Experience & Target achievement + Incentives
Incentives:
5% of Total Target upon reaching goals
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, promotions, telemarketing / tele Calling or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, including Web Design, App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, and more.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing clients and provide information on new services or offers.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and prospects.
Skill & Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (both spoken and written).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the services we offer (Web Design, App Development, etc.) will be a plus.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
