About the Role
We are seeking an Automations Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflow automations, connecting business databases, tools, and client systems seamlessly.
Core Responsibilities
- 1Build and maintain end-to-end automations connecting CRM, communication, and accounting systems.
- 2Configure custom integration hooks, webhook listeners, and serverless background workers.
- 3Optimize data sync intervals, resolve sync errors, and build system alerts.
- 4Document integration schemas, workspace permissions, and audit logs.
- 5Evaluate operational bottlenecks and suggest automated logic pipelines.
What You'll Do
- •Design, implement, and maintain internal business operation pipelines and database syncs.
- •Build custom automated solutions for client projects, connecting e-commerce platforms to logistics APIs.
- •Monitor error logs, set up Slack notifications, and handle rate-limiting logic.
- •Consult with startup leads to map operational flowcharts into n8n or Zapier.
What We're Looking For
- •An operations-focused engineer who loves connecting systems, streamlining files, and removing manual entry tasks.
- •Strong debugging skills and understanding of HTTP protocols, headers, and authentication methods.
What You Bring
- ✓2+ years of experience building integrations and workflow automations.
- ✓Expertise with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and REST API formats.
- ✓Proficient in writing JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for custom code integration nodes.
- ✓Familiarity with relational databases, JSON arrays, and data schema parsing.
- ✓Strong diagnostic skills to trace API timeouts, rate limit hits, and data mismatches.
Bonus Points If You Have
- +Experience self-hosting n8n or orchestrating Airflow DAG integrations.
- +Familiarity with Google Sheets script integrations (Google Apps Script).
- +Experience with AI agent pipelines (LangChain, vector stores).

Remote friendly. Options to work from Visakhapatnam studio or anywhere in India.
