Formal procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement, submitting counter-notifications, and protecting creator intellectual property across the Amaris ecosystem.

Amaris Brand Creation respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and enterprises worldwide. We respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement committed through our Brand Studio platform, user-uploaded assets, hosted client websites, or public showcases.
To report content hosted on our infrastructure or generated via our services that you believe infringes your copyrighted work, your written notification must include the following elements:
Authorized Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., URL of original artwork, registration certificate, or clear description).
Location of Infringing Material: Specific URLs, workspace paths, or file identifiers hosted by Amaris to allow our compliance team to locate the material.
Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name, physical postal address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Penalty of Perjury: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken or misidentified copyright notice, you may file a written counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to local jurisdiction.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Amaris will provide the complainant with a copy and may restore the disabled material within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order against the subscriber.
Amaris maintains a strict policy to terminate subscriber accounts, API keys, and workspace access for users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
