Governing Amaris AI Commander, Fleet Agents & Generative APIs

Amaris Brand Creation pioneers autonomous creative and marketing systems where specialized AI employees collaborate under the orchestration of the AI Commander. This document establishes your legal rights, data boundaries, and operational safeguards when utilizing our intelligent agent platforms.

1. Amaris AI Workforce & Multi-Agent Architecture

Autonomous Agents, AI Commander & Sub-Agent Orchestration

The Amaris platform deploys an enterprise-grade multi-agent autonomous system ("AI Workforce") led by the AI Commander and coordinated across specialized roles (including Lead Hunter, Telecaller AI, SEO Autopilot, Content Multiplexers, Forensic Scanners, and Operational Workflows).

Unified Business Context & Shared Memory

Our agents interact through secure, isolated context memory partitions. When you activate agent fleets, you authorize Amaris AI Commander to route task parameters, search queries, and programmatic instructions between internal micro-agents to execute your requested business outcomes.

2. Zero-Model Training & Data Confidentiality Guarantee

Absolute Protection of Client IP, Prompts & Brand Strategy

We adhere to rigorous data isolation standards with all upstream artificial intelligence infrastructure providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google Cloud Vertex AI, and Groq).

No Foundation Model Training

Your proprietary inputs, brand documentation, strategy playbooks, and CRM lead records are never used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundational models.

Ephemeral In-Memory Processing

Prompt context windows are flushed from operational LLM memory immediately following inference synthesis, maintaining zero data retention on third-party model inference caches.

3. Ownership of Prompts & Generated Output

Commercial Exploitation Rights & Synthetic Deliverables

As between Amaris Brand Creation and the Client:

Client Prompts & Input Materials: You retain sole ownership, copyright, and title to all original materials, brand assets, copywriting, customer datasets, and prompts provided to the AI Workforce.
AI Generated Outputs: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable intellectual property statutes, Amaris assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the content, design matrices, and copy generated specifically for your workspace by our AI agents.
Non-Exclusivity of AI Synthesis: Due to the probabilistic nature of generative neural networks, outputs generated for other users based on distinct inputs may exhibit stylistic or structural similarities. Amaris does not warrant that your outputs will be completely unique against arbitrary public prompts.

4. Autonomous Governance & Human-in-the-Loop Controls

Supervisory Guardrails for Sensitive Business Actions

Amaris implements two distinct operational safety levels across the AI Workforce:

Tier 1: Mandatory Human Checkpoint

Any automated action involving live financial transactions, production server deployments, domain DNS record modifications, mass unsolicited messaging, or contractual signature requests requires explicit human administrator sign-off before dispatch.

Tier 2: Autonomous Sandbox Execution

Internal research, SEO keyword clustering, forensic technical analysis, draft copywriting, CRM tagging, and automated ticket sorting run autonomously within predefined rate-limit guardrails.

You agree to monitor and configure agent execution boundaries through your Amaris Admin Settings and maintain appropriate human oversight over customer-facing agent deployments.

5. AI Voice Telephony & Telecaller Compliance

Outbound Dialing, Voice Synthesis & Telecom Regulations

When utilizing Amaris AI Telecaller or automated voice dialing integrations:

Strict Telephony Compliance Mandate

You warrant that all phone numbers loaded into the AI Telecaller pipeline have provided legally valid prior express written consent in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States, TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Regulations (TCCR) in India, and equivalent regional telemarketing statutes.

No calls may be placed to numbers registered on national or regional Do-Not-Call (DNC) registries without explicit documented exemption.
Voice agents must clearly identify themselves as artificial intelligence assistants representing your organization at the inception of the call.
Impersonating government officials, banks, or emergency personnel using synthetic audio will result in instant account termination and referral to regulatory authorities.

6. Probabilistic Disclaimers & Professional Advice

No Substitution for Licensed Professional Counsel

Large Language Models operate through statistical token prediction and semantic synthesis. While our multi-agent verification layers and AWI validation checks significantly minimize hallucinations, outputs may occasionally contain factual errors, outdated market indicators, or computational inaccuracies.

Amaris AI Workforce does not provide certified legal, investment, financial, or medical advice. You are strictly advised to review any legal representations, tax calculations, or regulatory compliance disclosures generated by agents with certified human professionals prior to commercial execution.
